Mainstay - A classic whole wheat bread w/ rolled oats.
Salt Free Mainstay - A classic whole wheat bread w/ rolled oats, no salt.
14 Grain - Whole wheat, sunflower seeds, cornmeal, rye, soy, oats, millet, buckwheat, barley, brown rice and bulgur wheat.

Cinnamon Raisin - Whole wheat, raisins, cinnamon and honey.
Honey Nut Raisin - Honey sweetened whole wheat bread w/ walnuts and raisins.
Carrot - Freshly grated organic carrots in a whole wheat bread.
Spelt - Wheat free.
Oat Bran - Fiber rich whole wheat bread w/ oat bran and honey.
Italian Veggie-Herb - An aromatic, tasty bread filled w/ fresh organic veggies and herbs.
3 Seed Barley - Whole wheat and barley w/ sunflower, sesame and flax seeds.
Farmhouse - 100 percent whole grain bread, including whole kernels of wheat and rye with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.

Call ahead to reserve loaves up until the day before they are to be baked. We can also bake any type of bread if ordered ahead of time. We make loaves, mini loaves, hamburger and hot dog buns, gems (small rolls), parker house rolls (large rolls), pita and poboy buns.
