Use organic citrus whenever a recipe calls for "zest". The mixture will thicken once it has been chilled.
Diet Types: Low Fat, Low Sodium, Macrobiotic, Vegan, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 pound soft tofu
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Drain tofu and place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
